How do I reserve my event date?

Click the "Inquire Now" button on our main menu. You will find a inquiry form. Please fill out all desired areas and make sure to include  as much information as you can. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 48  business hours as well as steps for payment. No booking is finalized until your 50% non refundable retainer fee has been received.

Does the ball pit pricing include delivery and setup?

Fees for delivery, setup, and takedown are based on event location and the specific services requested.

 

A detailed quote will be provided upon booking.

When do you set up and pick up?

We set up the day of your event. Set-up arrival will be dependent upon rental package. Balloons require a longer set-up time.  In the case that you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. We pick up the same day at the conclusion of your event. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for our next event.

What is your rain policy?

All outdoor events must have an alternative covered or indoor location for our ball pits & backdrops.

 

If it is raining during the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the retainer will be held and you are able to reschedule for a future available date.

Safety is our number one priority! All postponements due to a weather related event must be informed at least 24 hours in advance before the event. Failure to do so will result in loss of retainer. In the event of inclement weather we have the right to cancel or discontinue use at any time.

Will the  ball pits be clean?

Yes, absolutely! As a mama, I want to ensure that your kiddos are safe and healthy! Our ball pits and pit balls will be totally clean! We hand wash, sanitize, and dry all of our rentals immediately after each use.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards & Venmo (@bouncepittsburgh).  All bookings require a 50% nonrefundable retainer to secure your event date. This retainer will be applied to your final balance. Payment in full is due 5 days prior to the event. Please note: Any bookings made within two weeks of your event, must be paid in full.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 50% nonrefundable retainer to book your event on our calendar. The retainer is applied toward your final balance of the rental. Payment in full is due 5 days prior to your event. If full payment is not received 5 days prior, then you will forfeit your event date and lose your 50% retainer.

What surfaces can you set up on?

We can set up on grass, asphalt, concrete, patio pavers, or inside venues. Unfortunately, we are unable to set up on rocks, gravel, dirt, or mud. No exceptions!

Do I need a power supply available?

Nope! Our ball pits do not require any electricity!

Ball Pit No-No's!

We are strict on these policies to make sure everyone and our rentals stay safe! There are no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, powders, confetti, furry friends, pen/marker/crayon/paint, etc.  allowed in the ball pit. This can cause the vinyl to tear and/or stain. 

Please note: any damages (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.

What if I need a Refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless weather conditions are to permit. At that point, we will hold your nonrefundable retainer fee for another date within a calendar year. The purpose of the retainer fee is to lock in your party date. When parties are cancelled we are missing out on dates that could have been reserved for other clients.

Do you do Balloons as a standalone service?

​

Yes! You don't have to rent any of our event rentals. We are happy with providing you will balloon decor as a standalone service for your next memorable event! For all balloon decor we do have a $250 minimum for delivery and installation, but we do have some budget friendly pick-up options!
